Welcome to Hadiyaharamain. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1) About Hadiyaharamain

Hadiyaharamain is an online gifting platform offering:

  • Service-based Haramain arrangements (such as water distribution, meal gifting, prayer essentials support, Qur’an gifting/placement, mobility support, Qurbani services)

  • Physical products (where offered)

  • Digital products (where offered, including downloadable resources)

Some orders are arranged locally in Makkah or Madinah, based on the option selected on the product page. Other products may be shipped or delivered depending on the listing and checkout selection.

We are a commercial gifting platform.
We are not a fundraising platform or a welfare organization.

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

  • The information you provide (name, contact details, order notes) is accurate and complete

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activity under your account.

3) Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We may accept or decline an order in reasonable circumstances, including:

  • Product or service availability issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect order details

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Pricing or listing errors

Once an order is confirmed, coordination begins based on your selected variant and checkout notes.

For service-based listings (such as distributions, gifting arrangements, Qurbani, or mobility support), you understand that:

  • Fulfillment depends on local availability, scheduling, and guidelines

  • Exact-hour completion is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

If you have specific requirements (preferred timing, size, special need), you must add them in Order Notes. We will follow them where feasible based on availability.

5) Delivery & Shipping

Delivery method depends on product type and the option selected:

  • Many Haramain listings are arranged locally and are not shipped to your personal address

  • If a listing includes shipping or personal delivery, it will be clearly stated on the product page

You are responsible for reviewing the product page carefully and selecting the correct option before checkout.

6) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders retain the price paid at purchase

  • In the case of a clear pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid

We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details.

7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds depend on:

  • Whether fulfillment has started

  • The product type

In general:

  • Service-based orders may not be cancelable once coordination or purchasing begins

  • Physical items may have return rules depending on condition and category
